As a Project Manager, you would be initiating projects, estimating effort, evaluating design and architecture, executing project assignments, developing and programming core modules, leading and motivating high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.

Skill Set

• Should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of developer tools like IDEs, testing tools and project methodologies.
• Candidates should be with excellent communications.
• Should have executed full development life cycle projects with Microsoft Technologies and RDBM.
• Well versed with Web Technologies: Java, EJB, J2EE, JSP Web Services, SOAP XML, J2ME, Websphere,WebLogic.
• Well versed with Microsoft Technologies:VB.NET, ASP.NET, Crystal Reports, C# or C++, PL/SQL, SQLServer.
• Should be able to supervise and guide the technical team.
• Candidates with experience less than 2 years need not apply.

The Job is based in Pune but may require short-term travelling to client site based abroad.
