As an In- House Lawyer, you will act as a legal counselor for financial markets law, corporate law, civil law. You will be involved in preparation and assessment of capital market prospectuses, fund prospectuses, terms of issue etc. and also be involved in drafting of International contracts. You will directly report to the European office.

Skill Set

• The candidate should have a University degree in Law.
• Should be proficient in Indian civil and corporate law, capital markets and financial products.
• Should have excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Should be proactive, independent, flexible and interested in working in an international team.
• Knowledge of European civil law, corporate law, capital markets and financial products would be an added advantage.

The job is based in Pune but may require short-term travelling to client site based abroad.
