As a Team Leader, you would be leading and motivating high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.

Skill Set

• 5+ years of MS tech experience with solid C# experience
• 3-5+ years of 2.0,3.5 Framework experience
• 3-5+ years of distributed, multi-tier architecture, OOAP, and Design Patterns experience
• 2-3+ years of experience developing with SQL Server 2005 (db normalization including stored procedures,views)
• 2+ years of experience with Xhtml-MP
• 2+ years CSS, JavaScript, Ajax
• 2+ years of experience with web services
• 1+ years Experience with browsers for mobile platform like Mini Opera, Web kit, IE Mobile
• 1+ years of experience creating WAP applications targeting multiple mobile platforms
• Strong Experience-Agile Methodologies
• Silverlight with .net exp would be an advantage

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle development of new projects and maintain existing projects
• Debug existing code and find the root cause of an issue.
• Independently solve isolated problems.
• Effectively coordinate with other team members and lead on work items
• Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster

The Job is based in Pune but may require short-term travelling to client site based abroad.
