Assistant - Financial Services : Job details

As a Assistant financial services you will be in charge of providing, maintaining and writing of reports, doing research and classical work of an assistant as well, like organizing business trips and making appointments. You will be responsible for maintaining and extending our database of contacts.

Further you will create ideas for different types of advertising, search and identify new media opportunities in online marketing in Asia and the Middle East. You will report to the European office.

Skill Set

  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and first experience as an assistant in an international company.
  • Candidates should be with excellent communications & pleasant personality.
  • Candidate should have excellent skills in organisation and communication.
  • Candidate should have pleasant personality.
  • Researching on the internet as well as with writing reports and presentations with MS Office is no problem for you.
  • Interest in writing texts and reports, accuracy and reliability are among your positive characteristics.

The job is based in Pune but may require short-term travelling to client site based abroad.
